| Victor Neeley, Vice President, Sales |
 |
Victor Neeley brings more than 16 years of
sales management experience to his role at EVault, Inc. He served
most recently as the National Sales Director for T-Mobile USA,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG, where he held
national responsibility for managing the General Business Sales
organization. In this role Victor developed and implemented
a new strategy to maximize sales and retention of commercial
accounts nationwide, helping T-Mobile achieve the 2005 J.D.
Power & Associates award for #1 in Business Customer Satisfaction
in the wireless industry.
Prior to joining T-Mobile USA, Victor held various senior level
sales management positions at MFN, NorthPoint Communication,
WinStar, and Allnet Communications (acquired by Frontier Communication)
where he was responsible for growing sales and customer retention.
Victor graduated with a BS in Business Administration from California
State University, Chico.

| William da Cunha, Vice President, Alliances |
 |
William da Cunha’s global mandate is
to expand EVault’s key Alliances and grow its software
and Services business. William has more than 15 years of Business
Development, Alliance and Operations experience in the high
tech industry. Prior to EVault, William was Director of Strategic
Alliances at iAsiaWorks a publicly traded company focused on
building state of the art data centers in the Asia Pacific region.
At this position, William was instrumental in building some
of the company’s key alliances with carriers and storage
companies located in the U.S. as well as in Europe. In the past,
William also served as a Vice President at DRI, a supply Chain
Management company, and also held a management position at Hutcheson
& Company, a technology focused management consulting company
based in Boston, MA.
William earned his BA Degree in Economics from
The College of Wooster, Ohio.

| Donna Sparks, Vice President, Customer Service and Support |

Donna Sparks joins EVault with more than 10
years executive experience in customer support. She most recently
served as the vice president of global customer support for
Informatica where she oversaw all aspects of implementing and
managing a world-class global customer support team. Prior to
that, she was vice president of global customer support for
Cognos Inc. and previously served as Cognos' vice president
of software engineering where she managed over 150 software
developers responsible for product development and support.
Sparks holds a BS in computer sciences from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

| Dana Loof, Vice President, Marketing |
 |
Dana Loof is responsible for driving all marketing
efforts at EVault including brand awareness, lead generation,
and sales support. She has more than 15 years of marketing experience
in a range of fields including data protection, database software,
and digital asset management. Before joining EVault, Dana was
senior director in charge of global marketing at Veritas Software
and its merger partner Symantec Corporation. Prior to that she
served as senior director of corporate marketing for the asset
management company Digital Integrity, and directed account management
for SmartAge, an online marketing firm. Dana was in charge of
both demand generation and global marketing campaigns at Oracle
Corporation.
Dana specialized in international marketing at San Francisco
State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
She also attended Sorbonne University in Paris.

| Richard Heitmann, Vice President, Product Management |

Richard has over 15 years of experience in
marketing, program management, and engineering roles in enterprise
software, security, and data protection. At EVault, Richard
is responsible for setting overall product strategy and bringing
EVault's data protection products and services to market. At
WatchGuard, Richard was responsible for all inbound and outbound
product marketing for Internet security appliances and services,
and prior to that, Richard held various engineering and program
management roles at Onyx Software.
Richard has an MBA from the University of Washington, and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from UCSB. |
| Gina Sponzilli , Vice President, Legal Services |
 |
Gina Sponzilli manages business development for EVault Insight, our electronic discovery service. Prior to joining EVault, Gina was business development and marketing manager for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP, in Palo Alto, CA, where she led strategic initiatives to increase profitability of the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice. Gina began her career as an attorney practicing complex corporate litigation at the firm of Hornberger & Criswell in Los Angeles, after graduating from Loyola Law School. She subsequently transitioned into marketing and business development when she joined Vodaphone in Walnut Creek, CA, as manager of marketing communications. Gina then became marketing manager for Autodesk, Inc., in San Francisco, where she directed marketing for 12 software products to customers in 150 countries.
In addition to her doctorate from Loyola Law School, Gina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
