Planning

An EVault expert helps you develop a data protection strategy that meets your company's needs. The strategy is documented and delivered in the form of a Data Protection and Backup Plan.

Installing/Seeding

Once your Data Protection and Backup Plan is developed, an EVault expert visits your site to help install your Vault, Agents, and necessary plug-ins. Your consultant also helps configure the system and begin the seeding process.

Training

While onsite we provide a walk-through of the following:

  • InfoStage Director
  • InfoStage Agents
  • InfoStage Central Control
